Personal Training

A personal trainer is a specialist in sport and exercise science who designs, plans and prescribes personalised exercise programmes for clients, taking into consideration each client’s personal objectives. This is usually done through a continuous and in depth follow up. At Queen’s Centre, we will offer a completely new personal training service carried out by highly qualified personal trainers.

The personal training studio will be fully equipped. The exterior areas of the sport centre will also be utilised, permitting an endless number of training possibilities.

At Queen's Centre, our personal training service will include 3 different possibilities; individual, partner, and group. The type and duration of training sessions will be determined by both the client’s objectives and the personal trainer’s criteria.

Individual Personal Training Concept (1:1)

Characterised by its full-time and exclusive dedication. In the case of individual personal training, trainings will be designed according to one ore more specific objectives or goals.

Partner Personal Training Concept (1:2)

Characterised by training for 2 clients at the same time. In the case of the partner training concept, both clients must share objectives or goals.

Group Personal Training Concept (1:3)

Characterised by training for 3 clients at the same time. In the case of the partner training concept, the 3 clients must share objectives or goals.
