Our Group Training service is conceived as a training method that combines the fun of group training, with the rigorous planning of a training based on a series of common objectives, such as general physical conditioning or weight loss.


This service involves the client joining a group of a maximum of 10 people through an exhaustive training approach and design, whose main characteristic is that it is a purely face-to-face activity. This means that the coach in charge of the group designs, plans, directs and supervises each training session to be carried out.


Our system is based on the varied and progressive work of various physical capacities in weekly cycles. We do not focus only on the variety of exercises, nor on the progressive increase in intensity, but also on the variety of types of activity performed.

This service adds an incentive to the Group Training service by offering, in addition to the contracted training, the possibility of enjoying a weekly session of free choice of the classes offered in our Activity Pack service. In this way, the Users have a weekly supplement to be able to achieve the proposed objectives more easily and effectively.
